Hmmm....8 screws in end grain holding the central support?? Might be ok for you that probably only weighs 44kg ....but not going to take an 80kg+ person.

Wrong calculation IMO. The weight is distributed across the entire width and length of the bed to all screws. The majority of it goes to the side boards of the bed. As a matter of fact I would not have set that center board so high as it makes the surface one is laying on too stiff. The boards carrying the body weight should be able to feather a bit to make the bed more comfortable. Have a good day.

@robertthomas6127 You make the very point I'm highlighting. As the person rolls to the middle, boards will flex...weight concentration on the centre strip. It's going to sheer those screws. Needed a 4x2 with coach bolts IMO. But D A is a dainty thing...so she will be fine.

Matibay ang gawa mo kaso mga Lang nakukulangan Ako sa paa ng kama sana dinadagan mo ng additional braises. Ang mahal ng plywood mo, mas maganda gamitin recycle wood pallet hinde Siya tuklapen kumpara sa plywood natutuklap pag nabasa.
