Muffin recipe:
3 eggs
1 small apple, sweet variety
150 g boiled sweet potato
180 g oat flour
15 g carob powder (carob) I replaced cocoa

Cook the apple in the microwave for 4-6 minutes until soft;
Beat the sweet potato and apple into a puree, add eggs.
Mix all dry ingredients (flour, cinnamon, baking powder).
Mix dry and liquid ingredients (add oil at the very end).
Add cocoa or carob to 1/4 of the dough, distribute the main part of the dough into molds, then put the colored dough on top and stir with a stick, creating a pattern.
Bake at 180 C for 25-30 minutes, check for doneness with a skewer.
