So I got all the supplies.. went to iron and the stones wouldn't heat to the mask.. what am I doing wrong?? 🤔🤔

You have to make sure you have hotfix rhinestone. regular rhinestones will not work. Hotfix rhinestone adhesives to the fabric when heat is applied. I have a link to the rhinestones I purchase though amazon right below the video in the description or you can search for any type of hotfix rhinestone.

Some of the dots are missing on the pattern after printing (light grey ones) why is this?

I am not sure what you mean the light grey dots are missing. I don't have a color printer I only have a laser printer. so it only prints in black and greys.
