I started getting sick about two weeks ago. I started taking all my natural herbs and immune boosting, antiviral and antibacterial tinctures and infused honey. I feel so defeated I had to go to my doctor and get on an antibiotic because I was just getting worse and worse and I got a full blown upper respitory infection. Can't wait to try this scrub and love the book.

I love your sweater. Great video. Thank you for the new book. Also just for a laugh we don't have Valentine's day here. It's just birthdays. Lol Kevin on the 14th, mom on the 15th, and my 3rd son is the 16th. Lol lots of holiday or near holiday kids in my family. Really makes holidays fun. Enjoy your day.

Thank you for this recipe! I was planning on using salt for a gift bath mix but was worried the salt would dry her skin out. I love that you use a coffee grinder! I never would have thought of that!

@@HeidiVillegas thank you. I did. It is just the seeds but it is a start. Thursday I will be doing the calendula seeds. I might need to buy more violet and st johns wort seeds because the cats knocked a lot of the soil around.

Hi! Mrs.Heidi I have learned most important information you teach is safety first! What matter are you using and what’s the best way to extract the matter! That’s Teaching!! Madam I want to make a pepper nose clearing spray do you think I need to tincture my spices? I see people are using EO for the nose I don’t agree!! How about tinctures horseradish, cayenne and wintergreen in a nose Sprayer! Please let me know a safe way if you had to make a sinus clearer! Thanks

Hi, and thank you! So, I agree with you: Do NOT put essential oils into your nose. I also wouldn't put herbal tinctures into your nose either.
