Carpal tunnel may also be a symptom of neck nerve pinch. Maybe an acupuncture can help with that...helps me.😉

Wow. The FDA is just satanic trash. So what God put here for us naturally is illegal and vehemently fought against, but their drugs that they push out chemically and unnaturally is just guaranteed to solve the problem? To hell with them.

I love this! I have so many and I always feel guilt when I transplant them or harvest some leaves. I usually make a face mask or hand soap. I feel less guilt watching your video. You’re a pro. It reminds me of how I hold my long hair chihuahuas grooming them. 😂

Hi, I love making herbal tea blends. I made the bone health tea yesterday. I used dandelion leaf instead of horsetail because I don't have that and right now I really need to work through my older herbs. Milky oat tops is my favorite for ice tea blends and this tea didn't disappoint. Very refreshing over ice. Thanks for all the great info Heidi. I've been making tinctures, salves and teas for awhile now. What frustrates me is when I need something for a particular issue I look through my many books and the index is not helpful, I usually end up going to my trusted you tubers or science journals to find answers. Does you course teach whiich family of herbs are good for certain issues? Im familiar with the more popular herbs . For instance, I cut my finger pretty deep on a glass fermenting weight that was fractured. I ran to my herbal pantry and grabbed yarrow, made a poultice with water and packed in on. Then when the bleeding slowed I rinsed it and immediately put yarrow tincture with a gauze pad. It stopped bleeding immediately. It created a film over the cut, astringent properties im assuming. After a day the cut was healed over and I put comfy arnica salve on it and 3 days later it was healed. No scaring. Amazing Thank you for all the information you provided.

Hello, have a couple questions for you. how much cedar did you gather to make your hydrosol? You mentioned adding water to the pan, guessing i'm supposed to watch the pan the whole time to keep check if the pan goes dry, correct? Then lift the lid and add just enough water to keep the cedar submerged or what? This video isn't in as much detail as yoir more current videos. Thanks for yoir help!

Hi ya, Heidi, just found you. Oh wow at age 63 finding out all this good cornsilk we have thrown away all my life is actually good medicine. I was an RN for 30 years at the bedside. Quit 10 years ago, burn out along with this, that and the other.😂. But, my son had pulled some of his corn, so had already seen another video on cornsilk teas, thus needed to check the YT for more, then finding you. What a delight you are, can not wait to watch more of your content. Peace, love and light.💚💚💚

No, it's just fine for him---very safe topically, great for the skin, and helps with itching and dry skin. :-)

@HeidiVillegas2 күн бұрын
I actually do shake it quite often while it's infusing. After the 6 week mark, I have been known to let it go, as it's generally spent, and it's honestly much easier to pour off.

It's not nature's aspirin...it's aspirin. The natural form is less healthy than the industrial one and the dosage is very inconsistent.

Please do some more research on how the whole plant compounds mitigate the typical side effects that you get with industrial aspirin.

Catnip has a... "Unique" smell, it isn't too pleasant. If the smell is really intensive then you can even smell a salty scent. Mints have a similar smell to each other, but catnip has a different smell. Lamiums(from what I know the plant family name Lamiaceae originates from), or otherwise "dead-nettles", also have a different smell. I have all of the plants I listed in my garden. Lamiums as weeds.

@HeidiVillegas4 күн бұрын
The dosing will depend on the person's size, needs, and constitution. But an average to start with is about 1/2 tsp (3 full droppers) once or twice a day.
