DIY Speaker Build ,laminated mdf and veneer

In this video I will show how you can make a speaker system in the form of a cylinder (barrel) I used 16 mm mdf, cut it with a template and glued it with glue, then I covered it with wood veneer and covered it with matte varnish and oil. I ordered speakers for acoustics on aliexpress these are broadband 4-inch, 4-liter body turned out, I really liked the sound!

looks great, just a word of advice with the veneer, next time for a round object like the face of the speaker and rear cut a square section of the veneer, glue it down to the surface as you normally would, once glued and dry, then, trim off the excess as needed. i do the same with the carbon fibre wrap you get that is self adhesive.gives you a far better finish and end result.

Excelent! I have ones done by me but using two flower pots and turn out grat! Actually i use them, with an subwoofer, to power up my tv

This Small speakers looks great. I've build something similar, but small speakers give small bass amount.

I wonder how many HOURS of Hard work? It looks nice, are the hours spent worth the final outcome/results I wonder? Stand it upright you get a pair of Omnidirectional speakers with a different sound distribution. Should experiment with which kind of sound you prefer.

A better easier idea is to use a big bamboo. Eco, denser and easy. Cheap tetonic BMR 3inch driver 20$. It will rival most if not the best desktop speakers.

Nice build! but acoustic foam is useless if you select to make a closed enclosure... build the same project with bass port or install radiator for extra dynamic sound.

False... foam or fiberglass in a sealed speaker dampens the frequencies resulting in less cabinet material vibrating (creating a decrease in unwanted freqs) and a better listening experience because we will hear an increase in actual sound coming from the speaker itself....

Результат в просмотрах. Это всё не для хорошего звука, а для шоу на ютубе, причём направленного на англоязычного зрителя. Никакого качества звука. Просто бизнес.
