Even though I was a kid in the 70s, looking at mushrooms 🍄 reminds me of that time. There were canisters, mugs, lamps, wallpaper designs.

Love making Amanita mushrooms in any form. I made 14 of these last year..so much fun. Love the idea to put glitter on them. And you can "SET" the glitter by using fixable workative spray...or hair spray! Great!

Love these. I love mushroom ornaments and have a Christmas tree full of them. I tried making them with clay but they crumbled. Thank you for showing us the right way to construct them. Obviously they need a structure to adhere to. Thanks so much Christopher.

Your little mushrooms turned out really cute! If you use a bit of water on your fingers, while forming the clay, you will prevent it from drying out too quickly, and it's easier to smooth out the clay.

I was so happy to see the DOTS and then THE GLITTER!!! Have you ever used iridescent firefly glaze? It's in the little bottles as well and changes colors. (fun to use) Your work is always heartwarming! 😍

Hi Darlene! I have never heard of iridescent firefly glaze - it sounds fun/interesting! I will have to look for it at my local craft stores! :)
