DIY Table Saw (How to Make a Saw | Table Saw or Bench Saw Machine)

5 жыл бұрынIn this video I am going to make a DIY Table saw, that you can make easily using several budget materials as shown in below. For this DIY mini Table saw machine I used a 775 motor with 24V supply to power up the Bench Saw machine.
Materials you need:

Very nice tablesaw and build. I swapped the weak 775 motor and speed control with a 400 watt ac motor ripped from a blender and it rocks.

Is it possible to extend on the side where is the drill chuck and make an mini late? So you can have 2in1 or better 3in1 if you add an table grinder

Good project... You can add/ draw some vertical + horizontal lines on the top which should help you in adjusting the cutting guide.

Интересная конструкция, Good!) Только линейку (2 шт. по краям) я бы сразу заложил, приклеив. И 2 листа фанеры идёт с усилием, рискуем порвать резину или двигатель. В целом - Класс, Лайк и Подписка!)))

Guantes, gafas de trabajo. Mandil. Cobertores para los oidos... niveles de seguridad. La sierra es pequeña... pero la seguridad es necesaria... Se nota que aún no se han volado algún dedo...

Very cool project indeed. Two points: saw blade height adjustment is missing, and: the motor might be a little too weak. But: thumps *up* .

you can supply upto 24v 5A, this is the speed at 18v 5A

@@LahisTechLT yeah I get that I have installed it all speed control dont work like that though,it does not run motor when it's less than half way,turn it on full and it runs weird I have used the same as you got there,i brought another to see if it was faulty but same thing.

@@stephencowley6226 may an issue with your motor i guess, or loose the belt little bit. This motor speed controller handles upto 10A 40V DC.

Just want to know why need to use the belt and not direct turn from motor ? Is it more turning power output ?

It is not just the power. Attaching a saw blade directly into motor shaft is not correct and good for the motor. (I mean it provides overload and jam protection) furthermore, it reduce the vibration of your table saw.

I need some help please. I bought 12V 795 Motor and power suply is 12v 10A, and the motor does not have the power to cut a 2cm thick wood. What is the problem? please help me, thank you

Use a larger power supply such as 18v or 24v. Most likely the 798 motor is still capable of that much pawer.

Excellent idea . thumbs up. However the durability ofthe motor is questionable. I would use a drill motor as its torque is higher.

@@LahisTechLT You are welcome. Yes it is indeed kind of a drill motor but in a drill it there is gears system that enhances the torque. In your case you used a belt , and this has some drwbacks (heat and negative effect on the motor torque . Additionally, the stronger drills use multiple-coil electromagnetic stator instead of a permanent magnet. Once more, thanks a million for the idea.

GUIDANCE PLEASE? eBay listing shows sold out for motor. I found another seller / same motor for $4.00 more. Different seller. Can you provide seller contact info? Save me 1/3 cost on motor. Also I will use power cord you used in different video, but I am afraid RPM / POWER of motor will decrease. Thank you. Alton
