Dizzee is 3 years older than me. So when i luv you was on pirate i was about 12/13 at the time. From that point on wards dizzee became the best MC rapper from london. And to this day remains my favourite. But hardly anyone mentions the fact that before dizzee everyone rated Asher D as the best (younger) london MC. And it wasnt until they had that clash that dizzee took that title. I remember that tape was floating about my school like gold dust. It was accapela and was so rare at the time. Ashley walters hardly gets any props for his music work back in the day.

You have to understand who Dizzee was hanging around with, before he went clear in the Music Game. Plus, Dizzee put in a lot of work by going to different Raves across London and South East England (Watford, Milton Keynes etc), on his own and shelled the Raves. Dizzee Rascal was/is the Giggs of Grime music and it was just his path, Slix just didn't have the same potential.
