Dystopian future where MAD rules the world, Brain has been captured and vivisected, and Penny's job is to maintain and repair Gadget's very mind to prevent him regressing into the incompetent bumblefuck he was in the original series. Each season focuses on one of the MAD generals and their territory as Gadget brings them down, with Claw using remote self-destruct protocols every time to prevent Gadget from obtaining MAD resources. Gadget is now highly weaponized, but has no armor beyond his framework of human flesh. He can - and does - sustain significant damage, and has to be repaired by Penny, with new gadgets based on the available spare parts.

I'd watch that, Penny is somehow the one who is assigned to repair and watch out for him getting into trouble. But we find out "Penny" is not actually his daughter/niece, and the real penny was killed by claw which he doesn't find out till later, even though he's be assigned to chase Claw.

This artwork is a masterpiece in so many leveles, like how its grabed the nature of inspector gadget but also made it fucking awesome. I mean everything going down, Gaget looks pissed AF, but still caries Penny, who also caries him by holding his hand, probably already thinking how to fix him. Totaly awesome

I never watched IG, but with what little I know of the plot, can see how it could be made heavily dark and mature simply by having Gadget be aware of his incompetence; and as a result, having, and continuing to have numerous cybernetic implants installed to make himself more useful. Every day spent trying his absolute best, only to be humiliated, fueling his obsession and pushing him to sacrifice more and more of his humanity to be able do what he can to help others.

Always loved the sinister undertones of this theme tune BUT my favorite has to be the drum & bass version blasting out on a ridiculously loud rigg at a free party,clear with no distortion.I like opus & its clarity clearness however to push it up to ts loudest extremes would exercise it further!

@@xxAlexanderTheGreatx he failed again two times, but his motivation occasionally spikes again which up to now lead to him failing again. But I'm sure he'll at least succeed at doing something "acceptable" as he says considering how his determination just won't disappear

@@xxAlexanderTheGreatx He tried some quick simple stuff on LMMS, as far as I remember, these were the reasons of his failures in chronological order: 1: failed to make the instruments sound smooth 2: failed to modify instrument sounds with Audacity 3: failed to use instruments he downloaded online (Then I think he tried some stuff again after more research for a few tries) 8: couldn't bear hearing whatever he created for some reason 9: tried to use an 8-bit soundfont, "somehow made it even worse" And now he talked about going classical and simply finding a piano simulator. I hope he finally succesfully does something he likes because it's sad seeing how passionate he is

@@RikouHogashi I'm not sure anymore because I remember DIC was the original owner of it then I think that Disney owned it when they did the live action movie in the late 90's but I think Nickelodeon had ownership in the early 2000's when they aired the old cartoon for their fill in time slots. So I have no clue who owns rights of it now and after the CGI Inspector Gadget which I watched a few episodes I'm very worried about it can even make a good comeback at all.

I agree this needs a reboot or remake but please make gadget smarter i liked the show but him being clueless and stupid as a box of nails needs to go away. Make him at least average intelegense and competent please by the outsider do that
