Man... every member of PTX is just built different. Like each individual is on a whole other level in their area of expertise... and then they came together for their own version of a Super Group... we're just here for the ride. Hard to believe that Kirstie, Scott, and Mitch went to high school together and met in choir.

The magic that they create is a wonder for the ears and they are a joy to watch. It's crysal clear that they feel the music. So therefore the viewer is transported to that place . Never apologize for showing what you feel. That is one of the best things about being human. Hope and Joy.

You surely didn't disappoint with your reaction!! Say something is a cover that Kirstie leads and you get to see Kevin do the thing that he invented cello boxing. My favorite thing about this video though is that they wanted it to look like a still painting so Scott is white knuckling the chairs in front of him so he won't sing with his hands. I always sing with my hands too. That would be difficult. Rather be is a Kirstie lead as well and they filmed that in the Japan. I love though Be My Eyes that she wrote for their latest album THE LUCKY ONES

You should listen to their cover of Hallelujah if you want a good goosebump session. I've listened to it a hundred times and it still gives me goosebumps each time Iisten to it. Another fun artist to watch and listen to is Lindsey Stirling, I recommend listening to her Master of Tides and The Arena.

They're all very gifted

Scott, like all the singers in this group, has a very large vocal range. He can sing up around a G4 easily and all the way down to an E2 easily. We don’t get to hear that bass rumble too often from Scott, usually only when he’s covering bass while Avi or Matt is singing. I’m always amazed that Scott has these different colors to his voice, it can be silk and honey or it can be that deep rumble of bass

PTX does some of my favorite songs by some of my favorite artists, songs I never thought could be done better, songs that I considered perfection. Pentatonix always does it better. This, too, is better than Simon and Garfunkel.

This was originally sung by Simon and Garfunkel about the dream of a nuclear explosion leaving tens of thousands walking blindly, and those who could wrote about what happened to warn future generations of the threat mankind was capable of. I remember that era when we were taught to ' duck and cover' to protect us from going blind from the light and the breaking glass that could happen. A very wise song for them and now. Pentatonix rocks this song!
