My personal favorite of his characters. He’s a classic badass gunslinger/bounty Hunter but with a German, Christopher Waltz twist. He’s also a former dentist like Doc Holliday which is an awesome piece of background info.

Tarantino, the MAN of cathartic gore and intelligent, masterful, unique writing = DJANGO UNCHAINED. Dr. King Shultz has got to be a character that has influenced me much, and in a lot of ways Shultz represents something so dear to my heart, Salute Tarantino for that.

Damn it I love this movie so much. Quentin Tarantino is one of my all-time favorite directors. While this isn't my favorite movie by him it's definitely in the top 3

I love Dr. King Schultz’s high German ,cultured, articulate, intelligent, well spoken , witty character against the ignorant, simple minded, vulgar, unenlightened, impish , rather base american slave/plantation owners. Dr. Schultz would talk rings around them.
