@rogerborg I agree for the most part but it isn't irrational, people should be concerned about being seen and put online. But, the man is wrong and not aware of dj's rights. People think there is such a thing of some type of a right to privacy that covers everyone and everywhere. The man did seem like a decent guy, he actually apologized which is more than a lot of people do. I think dj is right, if the man doesn't want to be filmed or posted, he shouldn't have a job that is open in public like this.

But this time, he should have decided to be a decent bloke, rather than force it just because it’s not illegal. Nowadays, we’re all very aware that we all have “stuff” going on in our lives. Some of us cope fine.. Others sadly don’t . Sometimes, we just need to be shown a bit of kindness & human decency.

I thought these audits were all about Photography not being a crime and standing up to people who tell you you cant do it… this poor lad at work isnt telling you you cant do it, hes asking politely not to film him, so although yes legally you can film him at work, surely common decency should prevail and you can respect someones wishes for not wanting to be on film?

One of the rare times I actually agree with the person being filmed. More often than not people who request not to be filmed have anxiety and they say things out of fear if i was DJ I would’ve said “just to let you know I also have a body camera that you’re currently on” because I guarantee he didn’t notice it.

I think that guy had a pretty reasonable take on being recorded. Just because you CAN by law record him, it doesn't mean you should avoid being polite. He asked pretty nicely too. I think you should have done what he asked.

Boels moved to the location November 2018 and previously located on Harrow Road, the large unit directly across from the Heineken plant entrance in an earlier DJ video. Boels also known as Supply UK Hire Shops. The unit was previously a steel fabricator and then divided into two units, Boels and Flip Out activities centre with the structure resided in 2018 (and it needed it). From the location and northwards, the area was agricultural through at least the 1960s. Great video and views 👍⭐⭐⭐

Whilst it may be a footpath with the public has a right to pass and re-pass over that footpath, where that footpath crosses private land it is highly possible there are no rights to stop, film or fly drones.

@@perspectivedetective2703 Contrails are actually really rare, they require VERY specific atmospheric conditions and even the Engines are designed to eliminate contrails....Always make me laugh when people says "oh they are just contrails" when they openly admit they are spraying particulates in the sky to combat climate. 😄

I know Boels very well because the headoffice is situated here in my place Sittard ( The Netherlands ). It's an old firm and nice to see that they also are in the UK.

I think this time I agree with this chap ... DJ as we all know will always try to get a rise no matter what ... fact is do we all in this chaotic world really give a toss what happens on industrial parks ... its just a progression from train spotting long before social media people took over... never mind it will all be over soon .. when most move on from this !
