Today we take a look at Wincanton co-op, Rutherford Dr, Park Farm Industrial Estate, Wellingborough, Kettering NN8 6AQ.
We remain on what is thought to be council land when security shout over to us to start a chat.
Eventually, a 2nd Security guy arrives to take over.
Enjoy!

16:00 Assault is the belief and anticipation of being physically attacked. That there is no actual physical contact doesn't stop the assault from occurring. It depends on the person and what they honestly believed would happen. It also depends on context and many other factors. So a bump or knock from someone while walking in a crowd is not assault or battery. But someone approaching whilst shouting, being animated, swearing, making threats, giving orders and demands is being aggressive and if they approach a person very closely and the person instinctively steps back then that is assault.
@Dynamikcheese

It's of course great that people seek and get work who appear, from how they speak, to have come to the UK from abroad, but so many seem to have no idea about basic UK legal principles. That's of course true of many UK people too. Therefore it's INEXCUSABLE for businesses, like the Co-op here, to employ people without training them on these matters. It's absolutely disgraceful. Let's be real, what do we expect from a security guard that has trouble with a language barrier, trying to exercise rights of a country he isn't from. Disaster waiting to happen. And that's the beauty of these audits. Force these companies and organisations to understand and respect our privileged rights and freedoms.

Yeah, maybe Security Trainers will use your videos to train Security Personal how to deal with unusual enquiries, the first Security Guard was losing the head far too easy (stress and fear), the Second Guard deserves a lot of credit for his efforts remaining calm, often people say too much I know I do, it's having a voice in your head that says either calm down or shut up. (I have one, but sometimes takes days off).

If security is employed directly by the company (Does not work for a security company) they do not need an SIA license, the SIA only controls licensed security companies and their employees

The African was spot on except for the drone which he admitted he wasn’t sure on. The grass section near the manhole covers I think is private but publicly assessable. There doesn’t appear to be a doorway on the coop side of the road. The box on the fence is a motion vibration sensor in case anyone tries to scale the fence

Not sure British assault vs battery. But in USA "Assault" is threatening a person. "Battery" is any physical expression of that threat. Once the guard touches you, pours water at you, grabs your camera . . . then it is "Battery" and criminal and jail.
