I miss music like this, fun, uplifting, and an escape from personal issues. The more modern songs containing drugs, sex, and global issues ( although global issue songs contain good reason) does not help 13-25yr old individuals recover from depression and anxiety at all. plus added to the stress of the pandemic pushed a lot of people to escape to drugs and sex which can result in ruining their own school careers and lives as a result. In the class of 2019 ( my class ) i personally know 4 people who have children(not judging but I don’t understand why they wouldn’t want a college education first), 15 that are drug dealers, and 30 that are sex workers at 20 years old (not judging but that lifestyle has extreme risks and I don’t want anyone to get hurt), and so far 7 have killed themselves. it’s heartbreaking to see a quarter of my class is falling apart so soon after graduation and I’m certain the music everyone listens to today is a major contributing factor.

Honestly 2010 was a really bold year for me and its makes be happy sad i can't go back to relive the first time i heard these songs.
