DJI AVATA 2 COMING IN APRIL!!! | The seemingly new and improved DJI cinewhoop has leaked!..

DJI Leak Season is officially underway and it looks like the first round of drone release leaks comes to us in the form of the DJI Avata 2. Not ONLY do we have apparent leaks courtesy of friends such as Jasper Ellens and Sam Karp, but there is also an official FCC listing that shows upcoming releases for the Avata 2, DJI Goggles 3, DJI Motion Controller 3, and the DJI FPV Controller 3.
The best part? If the sources we have are correct, we could see the Avata 2 with its updated peripherals as early as the second week in April!
With all of that excitement looming, what can we expect from DJI's newest cinewhoop-style drone, the Avata 2? Let's take a look at some of the leaked information and Let's Talk Drones!

I skipped the original avata, but this one will be tested for sure on my channel, I’m most excited to test the goggles 3 that will be released alongside the a2!

I agree! The first Avata is pretty solid - definitely a better attempt with the Avata than the FPV on DJI’s part. But between the apparently larger size in the frame, motors, and propellers and the new peripherals, this one is going to be good. I can already tell.

Excited for this! I was waiting for the 2nd gen. Hopefully they offer a bundle with the normal controller this time!

Any idea of motion controller 2 and Integra goggles could work with the new Avata 2? I know it connects to air 3 and that is using the same o4 tech as Avata 2

I cannot confirm for sure, but my money says “yes.” DJI’s FPV stuff has been extremely friendly when it comes to backwards compatibility. My Goggles V2 work with the O3 Air Unit, so I imagine the Goggles 2/Integra will work with the Avata 2 just fine!

Peripherals are more enticing to me than the actual drone - but all will be a level up from the OG Avata to be sure.

Bro im going to Bangkok in mid-april, and part of that is to also close the deal on an Air 3 (about $300 cheaper in BKK than here in EU). If the Avata 2 comes out when i'm there, i'm gonna be EXTREMELY torn.. The main reason i didnt get the Avata "1" is because of the battery life, and the controller incompatabilities. Now, i know the two drones are nothing alike (Air 3 and Avata 2), and i know i gotta get the Air 3 for professional work. But god dammit.... FPV though.. The question is, will DJI be as dumb as with the Avata and only sell the FlyMore Pack with the pointless motion controller, or will they actually pack in the FPV controller instead, so we dont have to buy 2 controllers for the price of 2. I'm NOT shelling out full price for the Avata 2 + extra batteries, only to have to buy an actual controller too (since they lock the RC2 and RC-N2 to not work with goggles). If the new goggles work with any controller, and if the flymore packs actually bundle a proper controller, i may get it.

New to this community. Will be holding off to get this avata 2. When these get released is this something I need to be standing by on my comp/phone to purchase because it’ll sell out in minutes? Or do they normally have plenty of stock?

Typically DJI prepares enough stock that availability is not an issue. I’d expect the same for the Avata 2 especially since this is a drone that is a little less flexible than their flagship drones and is not QUITE as easy to fly as them either.

I would advise saving your cash and getting the original model. If you get deep into the hobby, you will then go full fpv, and that will be easier to do with goggles 2 or v2 (that you get with the original avata), rather than occusync 4
