Brilliant! Just went through it all and even have the custom settings too, which will really help when wanting to just start up and film with those settings. Can't believe how easy this camera is to use. 1 hour and I'm fully up to speed with it. Thanks for a great video. Subbed.

Absolutely fantastic! Thanks so much. Super valuable information in a very easy foremat and style. Only one suggestion....when you say "going back" or "moving on"....if you could be more specific about how to "go back" it would be helpful. For example, in about minute 39:55 you "move on" by touching the screen in the center with the video picture, to go back one menu item, but you don't mention that. I had to replay several time to see your finger slightly moving down and touching the screen. Not a complaint, just a suggestion. I have really learned a lot from you video and will come back here from time to time to brush up on any seldom used, or forgotten function steps.

do you have to have a wireless connect or can you connect physically to download to your computer?

You can pop out the micro sd and use a reader or you can plug the device in via USBC

Thanks for Wahting. If you use a touchpen instead of your finger it will better to see wher you is on the screen and then do not go too FAST. Set up one of your different mode up 1 by one . What we I need is how to connect an extern MIKE/seperate Mike eks the smal Røde Mike .with tre minijack and her the the osmo adapter DJI . And somtime , remember us who ar looking is for learning , I wish you a happy New Year 2024 Søren colding Denmark

Thanks for looking , - It the best tutorial about the Osmo pocket 3 -. Next time use a touch pen instead of your finger some time it is difficult to see the screen. Could you do somthing with an esterne Mike Setting up ! I cant find an adapter there works ?? Could you tell me where it is possible ???? and her her is it possible to find the new wirelse Mike 2 to Pocket 3 -????. Follow up your Tutorial for the New Pocket 3 . To you all best for a new YEAR 2024. s.colding

They don’t sell the DJI wireless mic 2 separate from the Osmo 3 yet, the only way to get it is by purchasing the creator combo

with all the awesome things this device can do it is still limited and there are a few issues I hope DJI get to fix. The first issue that was never fix after this new update, Webcam mode sucks I am still only getting about 40mins in webcam mode over FaceTime or zoom and the camera will overheat and disconnect. The other issue is, I am still not able to preview the low resolution video in the app on my phone. To preview your video you have to watch it back on the small screen. I normally will connect my phone to the Pocket 3 when I am filming myself and want to just preview a sample clip, Nope it won't work and I have the iPhone 14pro Mex. I hope they fix this or if there is a way to fix this please let me know.

Wow had no idea creator combo didn't come with the black mist filter. My daughter unboxed the pocket 3 when it arrived and for two months I have been accusing her of losing the filter 🙆🏽‍♂️🙆🏽‍♂️🙆🏽‍♂️

Hello, I see that you couldn't use the vertical trick to film in 4k...it's not letting...it's not letting you rotate the screen from the menu...the trick is on KZfaq...osmo 3 vertical!! I hope you can try it

I noticed that auto rotate doesn’t work in custom modes. It stays either horizontal or landscape. That’s a bit annoying. I wonder why.

Can you please e-explain "wearable mode," to me?I mostly do travelogues holding the Pocket.

Wearable mode will lock the gimbal in a more effective way for wearing it on chestraps or backpack straps etc

Yes it can, you can record directly onto memory that is built into the mic, and transfer it after

You can change that in the settings and turn it on and off with the red record button instead if you want to

yes. it's about people gripping the sides of the case in the middle where the screen is located while pulling the camera out. this puts pressure on the edges of the screen. do it too many times and the screen will get pulled from it's central socket and your camera will break. .... just take it out of it's case gently and it will never happen.

New Feature Requests for the New DJI OSMO Pocket 3 1. Add a dwelling time for each of up to four settable movement positions in Motion Time-Lapse Mode. As each of the four settable positions programmed into a motion time-lapse sequence is reached, the end user could set from 1 to 10 seconds of a pause in gimbal movement as each programmed position is reached during the sequence before the gimbal moves forward to the next programmed position. This would yield a much more dynamic and professional looking, smoother motion time-lapse sequence. 2. In Motion Time-Lapse Mode the ability to set movement ease in and ease out settings from 0.5 to 3 seconds for each programmable gimbal position before gimbal movement normal progression rate is reached. 3. True 24.00p filming speed. 4. The ability to set time-lapse sequences based on 24.00p. 5. The ability to be able to record from the DJI Mic 2 and from a plugged in via USB audio source at the same time. 6. Adding a 10 Bit 4:2:2 recordable video codec. 7. Please add zoom capability when shooting in all time-lapse modes.

please stop saying "actually" throughout the video. i really appreciate your hard work but I've just come from watching hundreds of Pocket 3 reviews and everyone keeps saying "actually," over and over again and well, ... it's redundant. i could take a shot of whisky every time the word "actually" is said and be knocked out on the floor within the first 4 mins. Using the word "actually" should be banned from tech reviews. Actually, it should be banned outright from the English language. ;)
