After viewing this video, I purchased this case! I used it at Disney World for 4 days. I have now owned it for just over 2 weeks and I had no issues at all! Not sure what the "exposed power button" comments are about! Aren't all power buttons exposed on cameras (and phones)! This case slides out of your pocket and slides right back in without any bulk or without getting snagged on anything! I have learned that when taking this case off, it's best to hold the OP3 in your hand with the screen side facing up, pinch the tabs on the bottom, and then pull up on the "screen side" of the case! This protects the gimbal and screen verses taking off the case with the screen facing downward! In summary: it's cheap (affordable), durable, slim, and simply works! Thanks LH2... I always end up making purchases of your recommendations and have yet to be let down! Peace!

Curious, with the power button exposed, what happens if the unit accidentally turns on with the case still equipped. Wouldnt that damage the gimbal?

I just turned on the OP3 with the cover on, it goes into gimbal protection mode. Again, this was induced! I have used this cover for a while now and have taken the OP3 out of my pocket and case hundreds of times… and have never had it turn on accidentally! Personally, I would write this scenario off as a hypothetical!

Just a production hint: when you are showing a product in your video, hold it still so the viewer’s eyes can absorb what you are describing. Bouncing it around while talking about it makes it really difficult to see.

I purchased this , but the problem I faced is If I press the Power on butten , it creates the pressure on the gimbal as the gimbal wants to move .

I have both and they are a great combo for protection and much slimmer and lighter than original protector case. I am yet to figure out how to put the silicone sock on the P3 without damaging the gimbal....

One question please, isn't it dangerous to have the red button exposed? If you were to inadvertently press it when the gimbal is locked?

Not dangerous. It will go to "gimbal protection" mode. Just turn off and on again to recenter.

No, because it prevents the camera lens to get to its locked or stored position.

The problem is when you accidentally turn-on the pocket 3 while the cover is in used.

If the filter like the wide angle lens doesn’t let it go in locked position, then it will not fit.

If it is a filter thin enough that still allows the gimbal to completely close such as the K&F concept filters, then Yes
