When someone loses a match from 2 sets to love up, three things can happen. Even the one who is ahead changes something in his game, or the other raises his level or both of them. In that case, I believe the third happened.

I don't think this will be an achievement for those in the future. The only reason it was not possible to get more French Open titles for Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic was because Nadal held all clay tournaments on lock. The future generation won't have a Nadal; whoever becomes the next big thing, they won't have the same obstacles.
