Сколько раз смотрю и восхищаюсь. Редчайшее сочетание идеальной техники, силы мышц и конечно характера и воли. Такие люди рождены не только чтобы поднимать но и мотивировать других. Низкий поклон.

NewFemtex Tell me about it! I go mad just watching his vids and want to burst it out in the gym. However there is so much training and its a slow gradual build in strength.

+Troy Obillo it's the older version of the Adipower from Adidas, with wooden heel. The new ones are better I would say, having tried both

@@xXKillaBGXx I dont say he doesnt put in the work. Even if he uses roids he still is a hard-working athlete. Not hating, just saying. Being at 1.85 m 105 Kg shredded and that strong and fast and everything takes some additional "help"
