This year we are launching a series of videos - Training System.
Throughout the year, we will be talking about how to prepare for the various races, our workouts and podcasts with special guests.
Today is the first video from one of my favorite workouts, it is far from easy, especially if it is performed at such a height.
Once every 60-90 seconds, fast inervals from 10 to 30 seconds (700-1400 W),
between the fast intervals of the average rate (250-300 f.).
6 - 8 series, after 2 series easy - 90 -180 seconds.
