There's a glitch for console users trying to equip keys and cash, if you have a small bag or secure it won't let you equip keys and if you have a medium or large bag it won't let you equip cash from the wallet, my workaround for this to choose an operator with a small bag and equip cash then switch to a different operator that has a bigger bag to add keys or the other way around

i lost one comms vest last night im a solo and i still have 4 more operators with comms vest one with a medic vest so the person that killed me that got my vest got super lucky

They need a balancing mechanic for AI. There's no other way around it. The one way you could shift from PvP to PVE is if you are friends with a certain faction or certain neighborhood. So the same as a local gang could protect you, if you are in good reputation with one faction you could stay in the neighborhood and the AI won't shoot at you but it'll shoot at them. Even places you in the position to either take care of the team as fast as possible, or leave the area. There is more conceptual software writing when it comes to, if or how often the faction will get mad at you if you happen to do a hunt squad and stay in the area. It could be added on immediately as a balancing feature since then you have an opportunity to hunt down those that are hunting you in your home turf but you also are on the clock of your petition because the longer they stay there, then the lower the reputation you have with the faction. It's a balancing act on staying there and figuring out how you could raise your reputation with them later or leave the area and take the fight away from their turf, Or make an escape. If the squad that you are hunting happens to be in your rep turf when you go inside AI won't shoot you, it becomes a better use of stealth since ai is not alerting of your presence. If the bar goes from double red to full red and there's no noise that means this is their territory which increases the difficulty in surviving. After the hunt Squad if hunt Squad is not over the way mitigate with parachute dropdowns or bringing a couple of vehicles forcing the squads to disperse or kill each other. There's ways to do it but it has to be a balance where I could walk into a neighborhood and not alert another Squad because that is my territory. That also gives you the ability to make reputation in one area therefore giving you a strategic advantage over an area when you come in next map. If they utilize the presence of AI to be a deterrent then you minimize PVP exposure every single map to maybe none at all, depending on your gameplay. Since the areas that you happen to traverse happened to be friendly for you. It also means that if you happen to shoot indiscriminately in your neighborhood and cause trouble than your reputation goes down in that neighborhood. It literally could waiver back and forth depending on the rules placed for either good and bad reputation, or one faction to the next. These ideas are concept, but extrapolated , at its core are additions that could be sourced with the point intent to mitigate, NOT remove, PVP.
