Do the mRNA vaccines can gene make silent by metylation? If to the metylation we need folians - folic acod and wit B group After vaccines we've observe neural pain in a face nerve III amd after suplementation wit B and D its gone? Same with covid treathment with wit D. Can some viris or bacteria have infmuence for the metylation process?

Hi sir I give the birth baby girl 4days ago before delivery in altrasound my baby head circumference is 30.4 cm .and weight 2.8 kg .her head look like microcephaly.her head become ok with the pessage of time or not plz let me know I m worry about her
