Just some free advice to those high paid Chelsea "recruiters" - spend a little time, do some research and find some established experienced players(+29) on every line with winning ambitious and expiring contracts for free or a just for a small amount. Sign with just 1-2 years contracts. This could help some of these youngsters to not degrade and lose their potential under such pressure and perhaps even to develop.

Not hard to expect such a result. Arsenal FC was playing a League 2 side! Players were poor all across the field. Even if you don't have your star player, Palmer, at least set up to defend and get a draw. Head coach and his staff (Conference league level) are not experienced or good enough to work out good strategy to play for a draw! Either players want the coach sacked or the coach wants to get sacked (as his severance pay would be better than resigning)! There is no other logical explanation!

Chelsea does not only need to hire a new manager but has to remove a lot of the management within the organization. No good manager will come to Chelsea and become a puppet and a stooge of Boelhly and his consortium. It is irrational for the owners to initially demote the team from the top six to their current state whereby they are ffighting for a place in the middle table. Chelsea sold all the experienced players and bought these in experienced young talented players. None of them are fit for Chelsea first team except Cole Palmer. Few of the current players will qualify for a team B or reserve players.
