How interesting! Is there any particular oath that's usually taken in Algeria?

@@OllieBurtonMed This may be wrong but I believe we take the same oath as other medical students in other arab countries , but anyway in ours this is the text -almost- : I swear by Almighty God to remember God's watch in my profession and to preserve human life in all its ages in all circumstances and conditions, expending my endeavor to save it from destruction, disease, pain and anxiety, and to preserve people's dignity, protect their intimacy, and conceal their secrets, and that I will always be one of the the means of God’s mercy , devoting all my medical care to the near and far , the good and the bad, the friend and the enemy, and to continue seeking knowledge that is harnessed for the benefit of man, not for his harm, and to honor those who taught me, and teach those younger than I , and to be a brother to every colleague in the medical profession, cooperating in righteousness and piety, and that my life be the credible proof of my faith in secrecy and in public, pure of what stains it in front of God, His Messenger, and the believers - we conclude by saying : and God is a Witness to what I say - as you can see it's very religiously driven and focuses on the importance of always doing the good/ avoiding the harm and seeking knowledge endlessly - two major themese of Islam and reflecting the values of the society itself through the personalization of the oath .

@Asma Zina Belheddad I never said it had any judiciary value , I said that med students value it a lot more than their counterparts in other countries possibly giving it a sacred nature , I hope I did not misinform but if I did I apologize .

only the best like neurosurgeons but really no, doctors rarely make this money doctors in the UK at consultant level usually make around 100K or more unlike doctors in the USA who frequently get over 300k also tax here is higher.
