Hi! I'm Jamie. I am a yoga teacher, wife, mom, and nature lover. I am the owner of Yoop Yoga and have been an avid yogi for 10 years. After years of suffering mental health challenges, my life took a dramatic positive shift through a consistent yoga + meditation practice. I am a licensed yoga teacher equipped to help people with chronic stress. Also, I believe accessible yoga can relieve your daily aches & pains.
