On this channel I make weekly videos documenting the build of my rustic mountain rental cabins. When not on a build trip I make videos building and preparing for the trips as well property maintenance, firewood and my outdoor wood boiler.

Well at least you know! Learning experience that still worked out and a great cabin was built! I like that since the cabin is small you are adding a huge outdoor space! That’s gonna make it popular for renting. Take care Steve👊🏻

Thanks, me too. This next one snuck up on me with the septic but it will be nice to have a place we can leave some stuff instead of packing it all in and out every trip!

Sitting on the couch feeling sorry for yourself 😂😂. You're gonna recover great, and you'll be up and at it as soon as you can, you don't have that feel sorry for self attitude in ya. Your properties, homes, toys, and family show that. I like how you said you could have framed it faster on site, cause I was thinking that. But having stuff done to just set in place can be beneficial at times too. Cheers keep on buildin 🤜🤛🍻🍻

Day three, sore but moving! No firewood or building but soon enough. The problem is I have allot more time at home than in KY so I guess it worked out OK. Hope it cooled down by you!

I like this one too. It's funny that the smaller they get the more people (my self included) like them.

Thanks Tony, we were sitting around after we got done one day just talking about this crazy thing we're doing and I think your right most people probably wouldn't (mostly cuase they're smarter) I think everyone I told what I was going to do thought I was crazy so it feels pretty good to have it set up. The hard part is done!

Like the property as a whole? We called the first cabin Squatch Hollow. Kind of wish we called the whole thing that.

Hi Steve, have you considered selling the design plans for the cabin builds? Others who'd like to build may wish to purchase

Hadn't really thought about it. I don't have plans and kind of make it up as I go.

@@buildlife keep moving, carefully. It's the best way. IF you have like a porch swing it's a great way to exercise that knee. Rock the knee back and forth. I did some but didn't get to enough. Stay after it
