I am so happy to see a video like this. A positive video about pharmacy and I can tell how passionate you are. I am graduating this year with no fellowship or residency but I am happy I know I will find a job soon that fulfills me. I use to work in pharma before going back to school. The journey is worth it.

Is there a way I can get employed in the pharmaceutical industry in the US without a visa?

This depends on your personal visa/citizenship status and depends on each company. There are many pharmaceutical companies though that do have offices and branches outside of the US so I would look into those locations as well depending on what companies and roles you’re targeting

Thanks for stopping by -- hope its helpful! MD = medical doctor PharmD = doctor of pharmacy There isn't really a salary difference within the pharmaceutical industry simply based on the degree you have. It's more based on role. Both roles are great, one isn't better than the other. They're both very different degrees and it depends on what you're targeting in terms of future, role, practicing medicine, etc.
