In some indian states we have 2 3 different cuisines within the state

Actually in India at roadside dhaba’s and restaurants they eat fatty curries like butter chicken quite often …..

Im from north east india and our local home made food is dal chawla.

People of other countries need to know that Indian cuisine is not just butter chicken, tandoori chicken and Biryani and that it is moe than this. Also the three above dishes are not Indian rooted meaning it was introduced after mughals came to India. People who want to introduce India and its culture should always research before telling people or else you may mislead or hurt the audience 😊

I live in Canada and all that is available here is 50 types of butter chicken (none authentic even) and as an Indian never liked the stuff. Once you taste all the other types of food from there you will never want that again, my favourite is Goan curries (My mom is Goan) & Masala Dosas.
