As a diehard Ramsteijn fan, and after seeing them six times in my life, all I can say is they sure as hell better not stop doing what they’re doing because they’re at the pinnacle of their careers. I know Richard struggles to go with him every time they release an album and even though till will be 60 in 2023, all I pray earnestly to the Lord above is that they never stop. I get deeply emotional about these boys they are my total heroes in life. They are so elaborately talented…. I can’t begin to imagine a life without them!

just a little tip for the future german doesnt have silent vocals. so other then in english where you just ignore an E in the end you always speak them in german. which means you dont say DICK you day DICK-E (but you pronounce E more like A as english pronounces all vocals wrong but thats a whole other topic xD)

Rammstein are also commenting on the American perpertuated stereotypes about Bavaria being representative of all of Germany. Through movies this picture has been spread across the globe, much to the consternation of the rest of Germany. That's like saying all of America is exactly like Texas and all Americans dress like some people on a rodeo show, constantly, everywhere, every day of their lives. Alright, I do agree that the Oktoberfest in Munich did its fair share of spreading those stereotypes as well, but then again, that's like saying Disneyland in LA is an accurate depiction of the US society. Oh, and the typical brass- and wood-wind folk music is also perpetuated as being typically German. To a vast majority of Germans that's similar to comparing Western music to being the quintessential American music only.

I am glad I did not listen to my HS advisor when she told me to take Spanish in HS. I took German and it finally paid off when Rammstein hit the scene in the 90's and it continues to pay off ever album they release. It pays off better than when I actually visited German since everyone spoke English.
