Very nice Arshad Bhai, I am from India and love Biryani especially Mutton Biryani. Though I do eat non-veg my family is largely vegetarian. Your channel has some veg. recipes but few. So if you do add some delicious VEGETARIAN RECIPES they may be different coming from a different region and many vegetarian people will love them. Hope you will consider this. Regards.

@@krishnakumari-jq2dd use basmati rice .. and use the same measuring cup while pouring water into the utensil.... Example .if 1 kg rice while measuring are like 6 cups double the amount of water that is 12 cups ..It's same like we prepare simple rice recipe ...

I love your cooking, but omit the msg, it's a brain killer. I made this rice recipe, and added cumin seeds and Saffron, with tomatoes, it tasted so good, I almost swallowed my tongue . No need for poisonous msg. Blessings

Why not omit salt, sugar, fat, carbs and proteins as well? Those can also be harmful. Salt for blood pressure; sugar for diabetes; fat, carbs and proteins for the heart (and thus the brain and the entire body). It was a popular (and somewhat racist) myth in the 80s-90s but there is no proven scientific evidence of MSG being harmful. In moderate quantities it is no more harmful than anything else. Literally over a billion people consume MSG on a regular basis. Pretty much all of east Asia, including but not limited to China, Japan (where it was invented), Korea, Vietnam, etc., etc. - hardly the land of brain damaged people, I’d say.
