When watching Do not read, I always get the feeling that they just had someone print some made up books for them so that they can present them to us, back then I remember it's in the USA so it's actually plausible.... :D

King You don't understand. They can think of some fcked up book that doesn't exist and then they go and have it published in a very small number of copies. Those books are then 'real' but they made them up... This is what I'd think if it was european show, but since it's the USA, i believe it's not made up :D

Sofie Sunde Without the author connection, I don't think the book title/concept was that funny or weird to be on the Do Not Read list. Fallon missed not only the author's first name but last name as well. There was an opportunity for the writers to make a joke about actor James' Franco's (of Pineapple Express fame) lazy attempt at anonymising his anthology of travel journals.
