Well it really depends on where it is being impinged meaning what is the cause of the pinched nerve.
Think of a pinched nerve as a hose pipe, where the impingement will stop normal nerve flow. The pinched nerve may be impinged along any part of it’s route.
Common symptoms caused by a pinched nerve include pins and needles sensation, shooting pain, weakness and/or tingling.

Do you think a 50% partial tear on the supraspinatus tendon could heal on its own? I've been struggling with this situation for about 2 months. Some doctors suggest surgery while others physical therapy and there are still very few who suggest healing is possible as well as some naturopaths who claim certain plants can do the trick just fine. This situation has been stressing me out big time.
