Same in America. They dont have to tell you why you are being pulled over in America either. Another myth is you dont have to get out of the car, but if they say to you certainly do. Both ruled by the surpeme court.

@@ihustleforit Actually they do have to tell you. As you have a Right to travel in the US. They have to have reasonable cause to even pull you over. And they need reasonable articulation of a crime having been commited in order to make you get put of the car. As you have a Right to be secure in person, papers, property and effects. You simply have no clue about which you speak!

@@noble_norse7786 Not when they pull you over they dont. If you get pulled over and then say why did you pull me over they dont have to tell you. At some point in the stop they can but they dont have to tell you anything. They can request your id and info then go write the ticket and then come tell you. and thats that. And no they dont need any crime to get you out of the car lol. This is what i mean about people not knwoing the law. A cop can ask you to get out of the car for his protection and the supreme court has ruled on this. Even if no crime has been commited. A simple traffic in fraction is enough reason for a cops safety to get you out. Go read the law man you are wrong. Suprme court has ruled.

@@noble_norse7786 I know most of you are too lazy to find the law so i did it for you. Stop believing all you see on youtube. In 1977, the United States Supreme Court laid down a bright-line rule that an officer may always require a driver to get out of a lawfully stopped vehicle (Pennsylvania v. Mimms, 434 U.S. 106 (1977)).

@@noble_norse7786 and for the second law.....here you go.....the Supreme Court has ruled that police officers are not required to tell you why they pulled you over under the Constitution. Simple facts man. As long as it is a lawful stop that is all that matters, they do not have to tell you whille you were pulled over. So yes i know exactly what i am saying cause im in school for law...which is why i know. I find it hilarious you youtibers watch some videos and think you know the law. lol
