I’ve used sauna suits to cut weight while I was training for boxing and muy Thai, they work. Like everything fitness related diet is the main priority along with working 4-5 days a week

Same was great for cutting weight when I did wrestling, but as far as losing fat it is pretty clear that is nonsense.

They do work . But as you said a good balanced diet. And moderate exercise is the best solution. I have been using sunsuits for over 25 years they work amazingly. But you must Keep yourself hydrated throughout the workout. It’s sensible.

hi , im wearing sauna suit while doing 1hour cardio and properly diet , also i drink water 8 glass a day . and i just started now.. maybe i could lose some fat right? and i also do curl ups and sit ups and push ups while wearing it..

Sauna suits don't work for those who are lazy and think they can lose weight the easy way. Meanwhile, if you do cardio and have a strict routine and diet, you lose weight, if you add the sauna suit, not only it enhances your performance but also assists in your weight loss in the process even faster.

You are exactly right. I lose 46kg in 3months from 121kg to 75kg just by dieting and hiit with sauna suit.

I just like sauna suits because it makes me sweat alot. Lost my back acne but it did hurt a bit while sweating but made cold showers after a run feels so fuckin good

I honestly would use a sauna suit more for sweating alot of toxins out of your body very cleansing. Detoxing heavy metals pesticides hormones and plastics which are estrogens. Also would help circulation. Releases heat shot protiens. Gets endorphins going from heat. Also heat releases huge amounts of HGH. It definitely has its place and health benefits. As far as straight weight loss i wouldnt count on it all that much.

@@pancraseash9002 Only if your insulin levels aren't elevated at all. Getting your bodyheat up during a fasted state has been found to increase HGH in the ranges of 100%-400%. This is only a spike in HGH tho and these levels go back to normal pretty quickly after cooling down.

Yes I wore a t shirt under my sauana suit an honey the stuff that was on my shirt I was like wow got to be sweated out toxins

I enjoy using for the purpose of my body warms up quickly and I enjoy a good sweat. It's particularly useful working out-outside in the cold months.

Easy. Eat bananas and drink plenty of water. Banana loses water retention. This suit is good for limit use like an hour. Did I mention drink plenty of water? That's right. But yes also eat a balanced diet. I'll buy this because I have hard time sweating my body like my legs and torso since I use a treadmill. This a deal for me.

Thank you for sharing!! I just bought mine yesterday actually. I tried it on & felt like I was wearing a garbage bag. I got it at Dollar General for $7.00 that's why I wasn't sure how good it actually worked. I knew you had to use them for workouts & HOPEFULLY I'll get to workout today & use it!!

I’ve tried one of these suits before and will say I agree with you on this one. Diet and Exercise is the way to go. I just found the whole thing uncomfortable and with not much long term results. 👌🏽💯

I used a sauna suit for 3 months and only eaten fish and green beans, only drank water and ran every morning and the weight dropped of me, but just like every diet we go on it never lasts and went back to my old eating habbits and got bored of running the weight just came back within 3-4 months and I was back to square one.

Again this is what I see a lot people go on a good diet and lose weight , the sauna suit done nothing you just done cardio and stuck to a good diet that’s why you lose weight , it baffles me why people attribute the progress to the sauna suit

The key with sauna suits is to get your heart rate to a certain point and maintain it. High heart rates during exercise targets fat cells for energy lower heart rates will use your muscles for energy

I'm preparing for a rock opera I was cast in, I'm playing a kaiju which is going to likely involve me handling complicated fight sequences, singing, and acting inside of a massive suit that's going to be accumulating a lot of heat. I already have a pretty clean diet and I train pretty hard 6 to 7 days a week, but I intend to use mine to prepare myself for this, help my body adjust to those conditions better.

You will have to sweat alot more than the amount of water you are drinking to stay hydrated. And not all the sweat is 100% water it has ammonia, salts, and sugar.

I think they can be good. like getting you back down to a regular water level after a binge. Sweat out the extra and rehydrate to a normal level ya know?

Nice Post Mate. I am not an expert, you are definitely right, the weight you loose by sweating is water. But I beleave human body also need more energy for keeping the body temperature in the normal range and it should also need some energy (calories for that). So there could be a benefit of that.

Maybe the benefits arent fat loss, but the benefits that sweating, and body heating bring. With many people afraid to go in a sauna now, this might be a good alternative

I used my one and fainted BUT have now been advised when to use it by my boxing coach. She often tells me to take it off when I don’t want to and when I want to keep going but coaches know best I think. Usually I aim to drink 3 litres + of water when I use it

Cardio and regular exercise also makes you lose water weight so I wouldn’t say these don’t work. Do it a couple times and you’ll see a couple lbs missing like with any cardio just increased.

They had worked in my case along with balance diet and maintaining the electrolite level in body with minimum workout....

I worked out with a sauna suit. Walking for 3 or 4 miles a day followed by a cold shower. The pounds just fell off. Then I started lifting weights and then walking followed by a cold shower. BOOM!

i am walking while in sauna suit and for me its great feel relax after 1 hour/ 5km of walking so much sweat

Great informative video. I live in Florida, USA and am curious to get a sauna shirt because I exercise outdoors and the weather is starting to cool off so all I need it to do is keep me warm but I'm not sure if it actually does that any better than a sweat shirt

Lost and maintained 28 pounds. The hotsuit works, but I cut out sugar & fried foods at the same time. (YES) you have to hydrate , but it’s worth it.#lifestyle

A lot of people carry about £9 or a stone of excess water carried by excess fat, so in a sense, you would be taking the water out of that situation, and taking out all the harmful toxins in your sweat, and to be fair if you were to go for a hike, I can’t do you any harm to sweat, a couple of pounds of excess water out of your body. It would keep you looking

Over a year I put on thirty pounds, I saw myself in the mirror one day and was like "nope". I'm now 5 months in to weight training and my body is nearly reshaped (save the love handles, belly fat, and a bit of breast tissue). Currently using a sauna suit, cutting sugar, shooting for a calorie deficit, and taking pro-hormone for T3. Long term goal, 5 months from now lose the love handles and belly fat. If you're seeing this comment in April 2022 please ask for an update to hold me accountable.

How’s it going man? I know it’s not April yet but I need an update. I play football at the university of Utah and need to cut 12-15 pounds before March 23.( spring ball ). Do you think if I wore a suit on my off days and did a incline walk for 30 minutes it would help me as well? I’m on a calorie deficit rn but putting 150g of protein in me a day.

@@isaacvaha7659 well when I posted this I was at the top of my bulking cycle and cutting back down. I lost the sauna suit because it was only cutting water weight. Most effective actual weight loss right now has come from cutting sugar and adding cardio. Im down to 160 lbs at 5'9 . I'm not satisfied with my losses right now even thought that's 20lbs in two months most of the losses were from cutting sugar and mass gainer. I will be hopping on the "fish salad water" diet for the next three months, hopefully looking like a midget Adonis by summer.

@@joelunruh6534 dude 20lbs in 2 months is INCREDIBLE! Don’t sell yourself short at all, you’re making serious progress I myself am in the midst of trying to drop about 20lbs I’m currently down 4 and working really hard to get this last 16lbs off but I have to be a bit more careful because I herniated a disc in my cervical spine so going aggressive in the gym is risky business for a bit. Keep up the work! I also bought a sauna suit to see if this on top of everything else helps me knock off the last 16 pounds

I use a bag big bro. But I'm thinking that it just make ya sweat. That's why I'm here. I wear it at work. 12 hour shift I wear it for about 8 hours all summer. At first it made me sweat and dizzy. So I used it for 1 hour or 2. As time went on so did the hours of me using it. I can now wear it all shift if I wanted to. I think it can help you withstand and get become accustomed to the fatigue. My black car in a hot summer day don't feel like shit to me now. Anyways thanks for the video very short and informational. That puts you on the cools list bro

Sweating is a natural body function that helps rid toxins and such out of body. Mineral and hydration replenishment are key but sweating profusely on a daily basis is good for humans.

Your kidneys do most of the filtration/waste management in your body. You lose a tiny amount of minerals and toxins through sweat but you lose a large amount of water. Water loss from these suits is actually very dangerous it can cause neurological issues from your body overheating. Sweating is natural but profusely sweating isn’t.

Helps get rid of salt water retintion better witch you need to pump that out or it just sets on you. Yes they work especially in the cold.

can you have sunstroke because of this and is it detrimental to your health? when you walk outside on a sunny day? in a balanced way, what would be the perfect time to walk outside maybe 10 minutes or 15 minutes, or 8 minutes?

I thought open pores are better. For example the sauna. When you’re in the sauna , I noticed I sweat heavier and faster when I go in shirtless, versus wearing a sweatshirt or some thing, I feel like I dont sweat as much.

Actually, it’s quite the opposite. The more water you drink, the less water you actually retain in your body. Therefore you actually loose water weight

@@BigRel305 It will help big time, I suffer from the samething but when I workout or do my walk with the sauna suit, My blood pressure goes down and swelling in my legs and feet go way down and I have a terrible diet, but a heavy sweat helps, just try to drink a gallon of water a day yes, I know its alot lol, but aim for that, and if you don't finish all that then you will still be well hydrated, another drink is get some apple cigar vinegar just a tablespoon full and drink it with 8oz to 32oz of water before your walk or workout does wonders

Did you sweat much faster wearing a sauna suit? I've been getting cholinergic urticaria for a good few months and I've recently been looking into sweat therapy to help lessen the symptoms.

Duct tape! I ripped my suit against the door knob the first time I wore it to go workout 😖 so I went back inside, taped it, then was careful going back out lol

Let’s say I have a good diet and workout 5-7 days a week and wear a sauna suit while drinking water throughout the workout does it make a difference or is there no point of having the suit at all?

Workout consistently and eat the right amount of calories per day and you should lose weight if that's what your goal is.

I haven't tried one because it looks stupid. I've lost weight without wearing these garbage bags. High intensity workout is the key to weight loss. From 84KG to 75KG in 3 months. No garbage suits.
