Ok y'all, I understand the Debra hate and all, but you HAVE to admit Ray is a man child. He constantly has people take care of him. Even the KIDS like Robert more than Ray. That's not a Debra problem, it's a Ray problem.

Man, I never noticed back when I watched this on T.V. how often Ray was a petty baby. The show gave me a lot of laughs, but this channel is like a highlight reel of Rays worst moments 😂.

I am amazed that whenever they want to speak in private all they have to do is go 10 feet into the other adjoining open room and the invisible soundproof shield is automatically activated so that people in the other room cannot hear what they are saying.

There's certainly plenty to choose from. Ray was always my least favorite character, but looking back on this show has really opened my eyes to how much of a dick he is.

Believe it or not, the Nightmare Fuel section of this show's TV Tropes page actually considers Ray trying to get a mailman to babysit his kids to be the lowest he's ever sank in terms of parenting.

The best was when later Frank entered he ate Roberts`s goat food. And when Debra said it was food for animals in zoo - he replied : OK then, it is good enough until I get my morning pancakes. Marie, I am hungry !

Robert was definitely more of a dad to his niece and nephews than Raymond was to his children, especially since he treated Debra better than her own husband and children’s father treated her.

That's one of the more sad understated things about Robert, if Debra had met him under different circumstances, who knows? They might've hit it off and got together. As you pointed out Robert's more invested in her and the kids.

This is not true. Robert is just the fun uncle. He comes over then leaves. Ray and Debra are the ones actually working or raising the kids. He even says it at the end of the episode when ray goes to apologize

Debra is usually much more vocal than this. She should have smacked Ray down, put her foot down as the parent who's there 90% of the time, and Robert take the kids as those were the plans. Then she and Ray have a discussion what his immature treatment of R was all about.

Ray är en sån baby, allt måste kretsa kring honom och om han inte får det han vill så går han till Marie och gråter. If I was his kids I also would love Robert more then Ray tbh. He never give a damn abt the kids. Ray was so ego and a big D! Ray och Marie was the worst! Frank was the most normal one imo. I know that the sitcome was centred abt Ray but god, he was so anoying

Another scene where I can’t for the love of me understand why ‘everybody loves Raymond’! Why is HE the main character? According to JIM I understand. Jim is a loving humorous father. Fresh PRINCE of bel air I can understand, Will is funny. But RAYMOND? What the hell makes him special?
