I got the Instant Pot Ultimate Lid last week. It’s going back. Too hard to clean, and I only cooked rice! It had some nice features, but I didn’t know that the seal was not replaceable and it sounds like customer service on this model is nonexistent. Wish I would have seen your videos before I ordered it. I’ve now ordered the Instant Pot Pro Crisp.

There is a booming sound on this video. It sounds like a door slamming or explosion. I got up repeatedly thinking someone had come into the house and was slamming the door. So distracting that I could not pay attention to the important and helpful info on this video. Too bad you don't have some other sound to divide up each short fact or segment. I will avoid your videos because of this awful slamming sound.
