Thanks. Makes a lot of sense. I’ve been pulling the ball under stress and now I understand why. I’ll definitely be aware of speeding up the club at impact and through. What a mental game we play. Good stuff.

Good vid, I agree on path. BUT. What is my weight transfer/legs doing? My pull is deadly and ruins my game.

So this turns an over the top pull into an inside out push, if one can’t square the club on time.

A great way to get under the plane on the down swing is to place a large cardboard box next to the ball and parallel to the line. This will absolutely cure you of an over the top swing. Be sure to go slow your few first swings because if you are coming over the top you will crash into the box.

never heard this before ! decelerate means close face. accelerate means open face. this explains alot of issues with my swing lately. my 7i on a 160 yrds carry always ended between 10 - 15 to the left of target without apparent reasons
