Yes, the 13-18 trucks have 9" long bolts for all of the crossmember bolts. In 19 ram finally figured out how to measure for bolts correctly. BTW, it looks like your missing the upper 1/2" bolt that goes through the frame rail.

What are the specs on your wheels and tires? I have the Thuren 2.75" springs and i have a set of the Synergy radius arm drop brackets sitting in the garage. Currently on 37x12.5's with +18mm 20x9's. I'm switching to a +12mm 17x9 and really hoping to squeeze in some 38x13.5's.
