Hi Bella - I've been watching your channel for about a year now. Found you through Kelly Hogan. This video is so inspiring, my husband and I want to do the January challenge. We live in Israel, so we'll probably be mostly watching the replays. We're 67 & 68. Is it possible to join as a couple or do we need to do it separately? Also, because we'll be mostly watching replays, is there a way to ask questions and get answers in upcoming meatings? Thanks.

Could you explain the difference between these monthly signups and the subscription? Do the monthly sign-ups require a cancel period, or does one have to sign up every month? Is a subscription cheaper than a monthly sign-up? What are the prerequisites for ending a subscription?

Everything she has said is so truthful. I love carnivore . I’m 75 and on July 24th I’ll be 76. I’ve searched my whole life for this diet, I tried EVERYTHING even pills, the loss of Calcium in my bones from staying away from cheese and not eating a lot of meat, I ended up with 2 titanium hips… this is such and easy way of eating and breaks all addictions. We have been SO LIED TO.

I don’t measure, but guessing 1-2 Tbsp with my eggs/bacon in the morning and at least 2-4 TBSP with my meat at dinner. I just add softened grass fed butter to center of plate and place eggs or meat on top. Sometimes when eating steak, I dip each bite in melted butter. I also cook in bacon fat and beef tallow. If I’m starting to feel hungry or wanting to snack that is my signal I need to up my fat intake

@3434arc1. Really the only technique you need is ti stop eating for the period of time you chose to do it. You can't get simpler than that please don't over analyze it. I have done several 14 days fasts and it all started 15 years ago with "the master cleanse" when you just drink lemonade with a little bit of maple syrup class B and a pinch of cayenne pepper and you can drink it all you want it during the day. It's not necessary a "technique" all your body needs is to rest and heal of all the over consumption we do. Amazing experience the fasting one, those 3 first days are the harder but after that you just need to be busy doing something while the hunger pans pass. They last 15 minutes and come back 4 hours later, that's all. You manage those 15 minutes and you can do it for long periods of time. However I suggest your fasts to be at least 72 long so you can FEEL the effects.

Here is another tip for tightening skin: "Rebounding tones the muscles of your abdominal core, legs, back, thighs, and buttocks. As you strengthen these muscles by bouncing on your mini trampoline, you are also tightening the skin connected to them. Over time, this tightening of the skin gives it a smoother appearance, helping to both even out wrinkles and correct sagging skin deposits."

I am so happy Emily brought up how she integrated this into her family life. So many women ask how to do this when your family eats SAD. This food whether short term or long term eventually makes everyone sick, don't keep feeding it to your families. I don't feel bad in the least not having "treats" available for my son. It's better they learn this early and have happier and healthier lives. It's not "your" problem with foods, it's the FOOD. I wish I would have learned this twenty years ago and saved myself all kinds of fatigue, sickness and frustration. Can't wait to start the 90 challenge, I've been on and off carnivore and very little keto, still just having issues healing and losing fat. Can't find her IG with that description.

I am a week into the 30 day challenge. I LOVE ❤️ Coach Emily and Coach Raymond! I’ve been on and off carnivore since 2016. I felt good on carnivore, but never got the great results that I wanted. I was still stuck in the lower fat carnivore. Feasting has made such a huge difference in my carnivore journey. I never thought I would be able to not white knuckle fast, but I am really ready to fast now. The Steak and Butter Gang and Challenge are such a blessing to me. XOXO Thank you Bella and the rest of the Steak and Butter Gang.

Emily is such a delight! I love the energy she adds to the Sunday feast/fast meatings! She and Coach Raymond are an excellent team. I love that the meatings are not fasting-only, they are FEASTING and fasting. $30 is worth the investment in yourself, but if you absolute can’t afford it, doing your own research online will get you so much information. It’s worth investing in yourself - put skin in the game and bet on you for 30 days!

Intermittent fasting was life changing for me....I was 275 lbs (53 yrs old) and am down to 188 right now.....only because of IF was I able to lose the weight through a pandemic, isolation, uncertainty, hardly leaving the house/low to no exercise plus the extra of perimenopause. I will do it the rest of my life....I haven't jumped into carnivore yet but thinking about it.

I am with you! You and I are about the same age. I started intermittent fasting 5 years ago, and it's literally one of the best things I've ever done for myself. I started at 225 and am as of today 159. I just started on Carnivore along with the intermittent fasting this last week, so I'm not yet adapted, but I feel better doing carnivore than just straight keto. I am hoping this will work for me. I had a HUGE first pregnancy, and I just don't think I will ever get that skin to tighten, though.

I was doing great on IF but then Covid hit and I hit eock bottom. Put the 36 lbs I had lost back on plus 4 more. This year I decided to get back on IF and I just couldn't get motivated. Then I started Carnivore and it was so easy. I am kind of ketovore wig IF right now and I am down 30 lbs and 10 more of my covid lbs to go. It really is a way of life which is why I need to make it work for me.

Firming the tummy/core, thighs, lower legs & upper & lower arm skin really depends on the amount of weightloss, how long you were morbidly obese, the different autoimmune disorders & surgeries you have/had that may impact any exercising, time to fix/heal the body before major weightloss even starts, improving SLEEP & your age. I was morbidly obese since I was a young child. I was very active though, even on my grade school's & H.S swim & hockey teams. Bowling league as well. Rode my bike for 5-20 mile each day, yet I was the biggest (fattest) of my school & neighborhood pals. After trying every diet known to man (even weight watchers at age 10), I started the Atkin's diet at age 41. Battling 9+ autoimmune disorders (including Crohn's, UC, Lupus, DDD, DJD, RA, OA & loads more) which required steroids to keep flares at bay. I did loose my first 200 lbs on Atkins but didn't feel good until I started Keto (age 59) progressing to Carnivore 2 yrs ago. I reversed pretty much all my autoimmune disorders & lost the remaining 160lb for a total weightloss of 310 lbs. It took 19 yrs to loose it & have been maintaining 140lb. Although the belly, leg, arm fat was gone, I still have excess skin in those areas. I fast & take all the experts suggestions but still have loads of hanging skin. Ugh. I am healthier than I ever was, so I'm not complaining.. I just wanted to let people know, that despite eating right, fasting, exercising, etc...you still might not get firm up or get rid of sagging skin. Don't be discouraged, you lost a lot of weight, your health improved & you feel better. Just keep living the lifestyle & your skin will get firmer over the next years to come.

Autophagy just takes a lot longer to get rid of the excess skin, doesn't mean that it doesn't shrink. the older you get the longer it takes. Also being active doesn't make you lose weight, not eating over your needs does.

This, I'm so happy I found this. I was 334lbs, lost to 120, gained in COVID and now? I'm almost full carnivore and am full of energy, I spin on an indoor bike everyday, and walk miles. I feel so good, but as I'm at 140, the skin is scaring me. Which I would love to let go and enjoy being healthy. This gives me hope.

@@MaryLovesLex she didn't say, "none." That would be ridiculous. She does not have as much and truthfully? She has less than I do. I'm not looking for, "perfect." Just be the best I can with the body i have. Surgery is out for me, so muscle and autophagy are the best I have. What you said to me was pretty defeating. It's a negative voice no one needs. If you've lost as much as I have, 130 pounds, thinking you won't have extra skin is...well, unrealistic. No one whose gone thru what I have to be fit is going to have a, "perfect body." I am in love with you and your videos!! Literally seen almost everything just found this old jem from the vault!! The only thing I would note, and feel free to ignore my comment if it is not something you are interested in hearing, as I think you are great and your content is great as well. It’s hard to get to the meat of your videos sometimes because of the long intros and then the long plugs for your groups… I don’t mind fast forwarding, but it’s just an observation because I’m sure others fast forward past it as well. That’s why I mention it because I don’t think the first 20% of your videos aren’t being seen…

There are so many nutrients in red meat, why only eggs and butter? Are you doing that for ethical reasons? I will just say this….we wouldn’t try to deny a cat, a lion, a dog, etc their meat because that’s their natural diet and to do so would be unethical and abusive and damaging to their health. I think we need to think of ourselves the same way….meat has historically been our primary food and literally what made us evolve into humans. Don’t deny yourself what nature intends for us to eat. My grandmother taught me about dry fasting when I was 15 years old. Every October there is a consecration that our church has from Friday 6 am -Sunday evening 6pm. Our church shuts in and we ate not drank anything for those 3 days. I thought it was just spiritual but as time went on I learned in high school that my face would get so bright. This is really not a new thing dry fasting is biblical.

This is feminist nonsense. Expel this way of thinking or it'll be the downfall of your marriage bit by bit. What was said about the WIFE & MOTHER is equally applicable to the HUSBAND & FATHER, and even equally applicable to any of the children. Enough of this fem-centric nonsense that's based in the feminist movement which was admittedly designed for the explicit purpose of destroying The Family structure.
