This is my full washday routine before installing my long term protective style.
I only do the heavy treatment once every 8 weeks.

Make sure to blow dry and check for split ends!! Mine is exactly like yours and when I blow dried it, I was in shock at how much needed trimming. It’s harder to see with type 4 hair x loving the video!

Thank you 😊 I’m not ready to use heat on my hair yet but I did a trim while doing my mini braids. I just trimmed off my ends as I was braiding.

Thank you. I have high density hair and this is solely genetic. Apart from the case of loosing your hair due to hair loss.

What have you bee doing to the hair? You have to make sure you’re avoiding or minimizing breakage as much as possible

Isn’t that too much protein? The aphogee is a strong protein. I would have thought you’d use a moisture deep conditioner

On a normal day I wouldn’t use both at the same time but the Aphogee was very small and was not enough for my hair so I had to top up with the mayonnaise. My hair seriously needed protein and I won’t be doing another heavy protein treatment until the next 6 weeks.

And I will also like to say that the mayonnaise does not contain strong protein so it won’t affect the hair.
