I work on a veggie farm out here in Colorado we Supply Whole Foods Denver and Albertsons. It's nice seeing a smaller scale farm, sometimes I wish I could do this so I could connect with the people a little more . We have a farm market built but we never use it, maybe I can kick some ispiration into my owner and get it going again. Seeing yours makes me sad that we dont use ours. Look forward to the next video cheers !

Hi Andrew. So many varieties of peppers. You mainly see the bell peppers here in Australia in the major super markets. The farm market veggies look amazing. Just love that the cows even get fresh silage. Everything is fresh, fresh, just love it. Hi Grammy, would love to know your Spicey green tomatoe recipe, please. I reckon Andrew you became dehydrated and should look at drinking plenty and getting some rest. Take care Andrew and all keep well and thank you for the great video, makes my day watching along with my morning cupcake. Xxx

Watch out for heat stroke. I was hand fertilizing an extremely steep pasture in the heat of summer. I walked waaaay up the hill with a bucket of fertilizer pellets, then back down to get another bucket full. Suddenly, I got chills and was shaking and trembling, and my knees wanted to buckle. I managed to crawl under a clump of small trees to get out of the blistering sloop. Whew, if I'd passed out on that hot slope, I believe I'd of died.

Just found your channel. Love it!!! Keep up the great work. 🙂P.S. It sounds like you had a bit of heat stroke. Besides Gatorade or Pedialyte, an old remedy my grandmother has handed down is a mason jar full of water, the juice of one lemon, one tablespoon of sugar (natural is better but refine will do) and half a tablespoon of salt (preferably pink or gray, anything with minerals). Mix well, and drink. The added ingredients work as a natural Gatorade. I have to warn you, it isn't the best tasting but it does help. Pickle juice is similar to that because the high salt content helps retain water. That's usually with commercial grade pickles since the sodium content is higher. Homemade pickle juice should work if it has enough salt in the brine. Of course, if you suffer from high blood pressure or anything that requires a reduced sodium intake, you may want to try something else, such as cucumber or coconut water, even chicken or beef broth. Stay safe out there!

Those pepper leaves can be used for. Chicken stew.just steam the chicken with ginger onion and some garlic then put some water for the soup and when it's been boiling for a while and the chicken is cooked then add those green leaves of peppers.you can then smell the aroma .this can be good during rainy days. Anyways,i find your channel very interesting.how you take care of your produce and how you take care of the "farm". Good luck for more produce.

The bean picker is good. Another form of automation is a machine that harvests spinach. Automation is good during this time when patches of the country have sick people so they are less prone to inconsistent harvesting due to labor issues. I particularly care about spinach since I eat it regularly, in addition to wheat, and black beans. Those have automated harvesting involved: except for the tractor operators of course. I think food supplies are fine at this time at least for the plant side of it. I don't' eat meat, dairy, processed foods or oils, for health reasons.
