मैंने 63 th BPSC के interview में पुलिस से रिलेटेड कुछ सबाल में दिक्कतों का सामना किया था जैसे-- 1 , अगर आप DSP हैं और किसी अपराधी को पकड़ कर लाते हैं, और SP अपराधी को छोड़ने के लिए कहता है तो क्या करेंगे। 2 , अगर आपको(DSP) नेता(MP/MLA) उसी अपराधी को छोड़ने के लिए कहता है तो आप क्या करेंगे। उपरलिखित प्रश्न का जवाब मुझे अभी तक नहीं मिल पाया है लेकिन आपके सारे वीडियो देखने के बाद मुझमें एक नई उमीद जगी है कि शायद मेरे सवालों का जवाब मिल जाए। सर आपका ये सीरीज बहुत ही उत्कृष्ट है, मुझे आशा है कि ऐसे और जानकारी हम लोगो तक साझा करेंगे

He was on educational leave to pursue MBA in USA and after that he didn't join his duties.. I mean if ias or ips is absent from his duty from more than one year then he will be take out from his job

We need police and administrative reforms urgently in India. The system should focus on decentralization and delegating the power to officers of all ranks. There's no point waiting for one person's approval when a crime or violence is happening at hand. The colonial setup must go away where one officer in the district was God like. Recruit more number of officers and equip them with decision making powers. Take corporate governance for example where there are managers for even small teams and take decisions independently except in finanacial or grants decision. This increases efficiency and makes the system self sustainable. Decolonize civil services!

India is a democracy and a social state ..if commisionarate system will be implemented it will lead to establishment of police state rather than social state.. which is very harmful..you can see the condition of delhi how uncontrolled police is ....

First of all thank you so much for study IQ education , I listen to you guys most of the time even though I'm living in California, about the Police role started by your department with the help of Mr Rajan Singh I really enjoyed your educational videos, I think there should be a panel of senior criminal attorneys at least 10 numbers 5 men and 5 female those who have at least 20 to 25 years of experience, there should be a separate panel or board of directors and they should be given some powers,I think they can give their decisions what to do, how to deal and with these criminals so that there may not be any misuse of Powers, even though I don't have any legal knowledge about law, it's just my feelings you know, there should be a value for the Human beings,thanks

1861 ka police regulations kyu carry kar rahe he sir aj bhi ham...?..s.p apne juniors or subordinates ko exploit krte he kisi british coloniel officers jaise lavish life jeete he inke bunglow me 10 se 20 log inki sewa me rehte he or govt. In servants ko lakho rupees pay krti he as a salary or ......juniors or subordinates ko koi power nahi jo law and order mantain krte he ....or to or in jawano se servants jaisa kaam liya jaata he inhe promote bhi nahi kiya jata chahe jitna qualified ho wo ......this should be changed
