A good rule of thumb to remember about spfs is to use 1/4 teaspoon/2 finger lengths of the sunscreen to get the advertised spf on the bottle!

Usually the 3 finger method includes the neck and ears. But everything depends on how much cream you skin on the face can take. If your skin can take the amount of 3 fingers - congratulations, I’m definitely a bit envious!

Exactly and everytime you reapply!! So it seems really weird that they sell them with those tiny 30ml bottles, 50ml if they're on a "generous" mood!! It really does not last long... which is a bugger bc they're not cheap!! However I think the set is a good deal even if some of those "travel" sizes might not last you a day for the "nano" looking one if you keep reapplying with the required amount!! It's insane!

Ugh I love the St. Jane sunscreen. It’s so beautiful and blurring and doesn’t smell to suncreeny if you know what I mean and the one in the kit doesn’t look to much smaller than the original and it’s expensive

On another topic I just wanted to let you know I ordered Rephr brushes especially since you spoke so highly of how they treat their customers. Well, my entire order was wrong; I immediately emailed them and they immediately emailed back apologizing. They told me they would get my original order out asap and to keep the brushes sent by mistake as it was their error. I replied back to say thank you and that I was not worried when I got the wrong brushes because I learned of Rephr from Morgan Turner and that she spoke so highly of how you care about your customers. You were so right!

Nars blushes are my favorite blushes! That Lys blush looks so pretty, I may pick it up. Went in Sephora and swatched the Rare Beauty blushes, glad I saw them in person because they're light and the best shade for me was the deepest mauve colored . The others were like highlighters. Nice haul, your hair looks cute! Edit: Tried on the Rare beauty blush in the deepest shade "Love" and it's pretty dark on my complexion, had to blend it a lot. I don't wear foundation but I think I'm NW 45-50? I probably could wear one of the lighter shades. Love how it looks on!

Hi Morgan, if you're looking for a very good SPF, I think you should try the one from SkinCeuticals (well, probably you have already tried it 😅). I have very pale, delicate and dry skin (I use retinoids) and none of the sunscreens I've tried so far performs better than the one I mentioned, in my humble opinion. It's very hydrating and looks great under foundation/skin tinted moisturizer 👍

Also just tried the new lip liners from Freck and they’re incredibly long lasting. The Givenchy blush looks so pretty; I can’t wait to see how it looks on you! I saw another review today comparing the Urban Decay Face Bond foundation with Estée Lauder Double Wear. The verdict was that the Urban Decay made dry patches look really noticeable. That’s two strikes, so it pretty much rules it out for me.

I love love love the st James pore minimizer sunscreen on my 69 year old school. It does what it says it’s going to do and lays beautifully under makeup! Can’t wait to see the Pat McGrath pink powder and rare beauty blushes!

Nars reformulated the blushes, and to me they're very smooth compared to what they were, and still very pigmented. Before swatches of their blush could be very dry. I swatched all of them in the display and there were no duds imo.

When testing a new foundation in Sephora I put one color on one cheek and the next color on the other cheek and go home. I photograph it outside then inspect at home.

Off topic, but can you do a video with the new Natasha Denona hy-gen skincare glow infused beautifier? I’m really interested to see how to works if you use multiple shades together for a subtle contourish look, how they look with foundations and cream blushes. I just ordered the rare beauty soft pinch blushes and I feel like you could uses them with the Hy-gen products , also what happens if you use powder to mattify certain areas. I bet the blushes and the beautifuers would look great on shoulders and collar bones for a glow. Anyway yeah ….all that? Please? 😂

I spent way too much this time. I usually can only shop the spring sale only but I picked up a new Shiseido face wash for oily skin that I’m gonna try out. The tatcha clay mask that I’m in love with. Some shiseido face cream. A rare beauty lip oil stain that thingy a mini rare beauty blush and those small bag sets from Sol de Jinero in the yellow scent. As much as I hate to admit it…..I like sol de jinerno now…..I held out for as long as I could cuz I thought it was really only for teens. 😅

Not Morgan but I am fair with blonde hair and green/blue eyes. For LM passionfruit is my favorite from her line. Peach is good too! A few other powders I love are Nars deep throat and Hourglass sublime flush. Patrick Ta She’s that girl is so so good as well! For cream I love Saie in Roxy and Glossier in puff and beam.

Hi dear Morgan, that was so hilarious you saying another crazy Nars name 😂and yes, they have stupid names, it's like some brands don't want to learn we don't purchase more, when they come with such names, it's about the product! Charlotte Tilbury is also giving strange names here and there, Tom Ford for their fragrances, and other brands i might forget now. But the blush, the product looks nice! I'm always tempted to purchase such a loose Givenchy blush, here in NL/EU, on most EU brands there are discounts a lot, at ICI Paris XL and Douglas, so, only when it's attached to a brand website with glue, like the very good Chanel concealer, hate the jar, love the product, but only in these cases no discount, but at least once a week there is a discount. I think i would love to try such a blush as it's subtle!!! And that Ilia stick, wonder when that one shows up here! I actually love the Fenty spf. I’ve been using a sample of it since November. It lasts forever. Hot take but I always viewed Rare Beauty and Fenty Beauty as a competition and have kind of always discounted Fenty Beauty. I have no idea why I just did. Maybe because it’s not reviewed a ton. But I was introduced to her skin care and my oily/combo skin fell in love. Then it was the primer, and the eaze drop. Now I have her powder foundation. I have loved every Fenty Beauty/Skin product I have tried. I even got a sample highlighter and use it as eyeshadow. I want her to come out with powder blushes and I’ll be happy!!

Morgan, you are giving us so much great reviews and content on all the new popular products and older staple products! The new NARS blushes are now Talc Free and the component is different. I picked up deep throat and yes Orgasm Edge. It was so beautiful on the stand and the OG is one of my favorite blushes. I didn’t have good luck with the new ABH skin balm. In my opinion it has too much skincare in it to the point where it’s really slippery, doesn’t give much coverage at all and broke apart by hour 3 on me. I gave it to my 16 year old niece and it’s perfect for her skin. I’m really interested in the new Ilia stick foundation but the closest Sephora that had it in stock was 45 minutes away from me so I decided to wait and watch some reviews. The new Urban Decay foundation looks so beautiful on you, I’m happy I picked it up. It should be delivered soon with my other goodies. I’m really loving the new Saie concealer! I didn’t like the original concealer but the new one is so great on my dry skin! Morgan you influence me to buy a lot of products! You have great taste and your reviews are so GREAT ☺️💜 I can’t wait for the next video!
