These small bites of orange and vanilla flan are delicious and light to enjoy as a dessert or as a snack. A quick recipe (without counting the cooling time + cooking), an easy recipe and a recipe with few ingredients. Good tasting !

Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
80 gr of sugar
40 grams cornstarch
The juice of an organic orange
50 cl of milk (500 ml)
1 egg and a little vanilla extract

I made a mistake by adding in 2 oranges instead of one. The result came out runny like jello and took 1 hour to set. I tried to baked it but it came out jiggly and unstable. But it definitely tasted GOOD and creamy. It almost tasted like a flan or custard. It really satisfies my desert cravings and might gonna try and follow the ingredients religiously next time haha. Thank you for sharing!

Au lieu de le couper avant de le passer à four peut t on le badigeonner entierement et le couper après qu' il soit doré en tout cas il est très facile et doit être bien bon j en ferai un ce wek end merci pour ce joli dessert

La verdad es que está riquísimo pero a mí no se me ha cuajado con 40 gramos de maizena como para poder cortarla en porciones. Al final nos lo hemos tomado como una crema catalana. Me podríais decir qué hago mal?

Trop trop bon, merci beaucoup! J ai rajouté un peu de zeste d orange et servi avec carpaccio d orange à la cannelle. Un régal ! Par contre les morceaux se sont tout raplatis à la cuisson au four donc pas très joli à la présentation. Je vais essayer avec le four plus fort et moins longtemps la prochaine fois. Super recette en tout cas. 🤩

I putted it in the fridge now, when it’s done, I’ll tell you if it turned out good or bad 😅 I first had problems thickening it, because I didn’t put enough corn starch in it, 4 tablespoons are 40g but I think what I putted in wasn’t enough.

Рецепт интересный, надо попробовать. Если раскладывать десерт в силиконовые формочки, и выниматься будет нетрудно, и выглядеть более эстетично.
