Hi Humna, I really like your podcasts but I have a feedback on this one that many times we know all these things but still we are unable to get out of that fixed mindset. I think it would be more helpful if you would shed more light on the details of the actual ways to get out of that mindset and push ourselves towards growth when we feel like we're at a dead end.

i so so so wanted to hear all this. i have been going through really odd and tough times. and i have been thinking so much negative about alot of things going on. i have always had growth mindset however, just because i had one worse expereince and i have become a fixed mindset person. i have been feeling so stuck. i feel helpless and the only thing i can do is shed tears because of hoplessness. 🥺 thankyou @hamnaa. you are a gem!❤️🌹
