Do you have bread and eggs? Quick, tasty and protein-packed breakfast, ideal for dieters.
This recipe is a big hit here at home, mainly because of how easy it is.
in preparation, not to mention that the flavor is wonderful. In my weight loss process
I ate bread with eggs every day for breakfast, this is a way to invent and not get sick of it.
I've put the ingredients below, but you can use whatever you have in your fridge and what you like.
