1 cup oat flakes (100 g)
1 cup milk or plant milk (200 ml)
2 eggs
Salt
vanilla extract
2 bananas
1 apple
6 inch mold
strawberry
walnut
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes
2 recipes:
1 cup oatmeal 110 grams
1 cup milk 250 ml
Leave on for 5 minutes
2 eggs
Salt
Cinnamon powder
1 green apple
Parsley
olive oil
Cook over medium-low heat
Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes

Turn over on a plate
Fry until golden brown on both sides
