Recipe No. 1 Rice with canned tuna:
Canned tuna
1/2 lemon
1/2 cup rice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup boiling water
Salt
pepper
Spinach sauce for rice:
Onion
olive oil
butter
Garlic
tomato
125g spinach
Salt
pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
nutmeg
100g cream

1 tablespoon butter
Canned tuna
1 cup cooked rice

4 eggs
