Folks, I need to get something off my chest. At first, because my head was in the clouds, I thought this would be a piece of cake, but I soon was in a pickle, because things got out of hand and I quickly realized I had bitten off more than I could chew just trying to wing it. It became such a pain in the neck that I decided to jump ship and hit the road, but because Emma has me wrapped around her finger I had a change of heart and wanted to bring something to the table so I wrote this, even though I am under the weather and need to go to sleep. If you can fit in ‘itchy feet’ you get an extra gold star. :)

Awesome! I learned a lot today in the comfort my home. I’ve heard many of these idioms used by my coworkers and I understood them in context. I am not a native english speaker ( i speak three other languages) but english is the medium of instruction where I came from. Learning these new idioms today will definitely make me feel much more confident in communicating both verbally and in writing. I love the way you presented the lesson. I enjoyed listening to your voice. and loved those facial expressions you made kept my enthusiasm level high until the end. Thank you do much, Emma!

100% right 🤗. It was a piece of cake! Several expressions were very similar to French's ones. And the others are very intuitive according to me. "It's a piece of cake!" : "C'est du gâteau !" / "he wouldn't hurt a fly" : "il ne ferait pas de mal à une mouche" / "he's got his head in the clouds" : "il a la tête dans les nuages".

i love your natural friendliness & natural enthusiasm. well, it looks natural, at least. :) I'm a natural English speaker, but this is so interesting. I think the natural teacher in me is inspired by your radiating personality that just shines like its natural. if you like making videos like this, then i hope you never quit! :)
